Our Loan Process
Step 1
Prepare your documentation and book a consultation with the PACE Business Development Coordinator or Executive Director. We’ll review your documents and gain an understanding of where you stand currently, plus your goals.
Step 2
Finalize your loan application with the support of the PACE team. They’ll offer tips to improve your application to go before the Board of Directors. Once your application is ready, it will be added as an agenda item on the next meeting.
Step 3
The PACE team and our Board of Directors will meet to review all of your documents plus your application and discuss whether this loan is feasible, if there are additional questions that must be answered in order for it to be approved, or if it cannot be approved at this time.
Step 4
You will be informed of the decision and next steps will follow from there.
