At PACE, we provide loans of up to $300,000 to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and social enterprises. To apply, you’ll need to provide detailed documentation, including a business plan, financial statements, and cash flow projections. Our straightforward process is designed to ensure that we support businesses with strong potential for success. Read on to learn more about the application requirements.

  • Collect important details about your business and your loan request, including the specific amount needed, the purpose for the loan, and a clear explanation of how this funding will contribute to the growth and success of your business.

  • Visit us, or call, and share your plans for your business and your financing requirements. Together, we’ll discuss how PACE may be able to meet your needs, plus what is required to move forward in our loan process.

  • Select the Loan Application Form below. PACE is able to lend up to $300,000, or $600,000 for unique cases. When submitting your loan application, please also include your business plan and cash flow projections.

  • Once you’ve worked with the PACE staff to prepare your application (this includes the loan application, business plan, cash flow analysis, and environmental assessment) you can officially submit your documents to be reviewed by our Board of Directors.

    You can submit your completed application by email or in-person. All of our contact information can be found here.

  • Our Business Development Coordinator and Executive Director will review your loan application and supporting documents, conducting due diligence on the provided information. The application will then be presented to the Board of Directors for evaluation, and potentially approval.

  • Financing decisions are based on the strength of your business plan, repayment ability, available security, job creation or retention potential, and long-term community impact.

    Interest rates, terms, security, and reporting requirements are determined based on risk level and are assessed at the discretion of our Board of Directors.

  • Your Business Plan

    A well-prepared business plan is essential for your loan application. It should clearly define your business's mission, goals, and strategies for success. Your plan should include an overview of your products or services, target market, competitive landscape, marketing approach, and operational structure. If you need help, click here for tips.   • Loan Application

    The loan application process at PACE is thorough and transparent. Applicants must submit financial and business documents for review.

    This includes your financial statements, current assets and net worth, and projected cash flows, allowing us to evaluate the potential of your project and ensure we support businesses with a strong chance of success.

  • Environmental Assessment

    PACE requires an environmental assessment for certain projects to ensure compliance with sustainability practices and regulations. The assessment helps identify potential environmental impacts and provides solutions to minimize them, promoting responsible growth. You can download the assessment below if needed for your project.
