Select the Loan Application Form below. PACE is able to lend up to $300,000, or $600,000 for unique cases. When submitting your loan application, please also include your business plan and cash flow projections.

Once you’ve worked with the PACE staff to prepare your application (this includes the loan application, business plan, cash flow analysis, and environmental assessment) you can officially submit your documents to be reviewed by our Board of Directors.

You can submit your completed application by email or in-person. All of our contact information can be found here.

Our Business Development Coordinator and Executive Director will review your loan application and supporting documents, conducting due diligence on the provided information. The application will then be presented to the Board of Directors for evaluation, and potentially approval.

Financing decisions are based on the strength of your business plan, repayment ability, available security, job creation or retention potential, and long-term community impact.

Interest rates, terms, security, and reporting requirements are determined based on risk level and are assessed at the discretion of our Board of Directors.
